Required programs:

Winamp 5 recommendations

ShoutCast Source (plugin for Winamp)

ShoutCast Server

When you have all three downloaded the program, then:
1. Install WinAmp (the default directory C: / Program Files / WinAmp)
2. If you start the WinAmp - Quit it!
3. Install the Shoutcast Source PlugIn for WinAmp (if you have not changed the default location to install Winamp (C: / Program Files / WinAmp), plugin will be installed without your intervention at the right place)
4. Install ShoutCast Server
Now:
5. Launch WinAmp
6a. CTRL + P or click
6b. Right-click on WinAmp (within the "components" which are commands to play music, display and so on. - Not on the playlist or media library!) Then ---> Options ---> Preferences
7. Select an option from the left side of the newly opened window -> DSP / Effects. Now the right side of the newly opened window, you should have -> Nullsoft SHOUTcast Source DSP v1.9.x [dsp_sc.dll] <--- Select THIS OPTION
8. When you select this option, you will open another window titled "SHOUTcast Source". Now you can turn off the previous window ("WinaAmp Preferences") by clicking on the CLOSE button
9. In a new window (SHOUTcast Source) at the top you have 4 tabs a: Main Output, Input and Encoder. Click on the tab "INPUT" and select as INPUT DEVICE "Winamp (Recommended)". If you plan to use a different "source" (eg microphone or Line In), then select "Soundcard Input"
Now you can choose from two options: Would you like to play the MP3 format or, for example. in AAC + format. My sincere recommendation is AAC + format, which at the same bitrate-in gives dramatically better results (sound) than MP3. Since the bitrate is crucial as regards the number of listeners, judge for yourself what you better.
10a. (AAC + - excellent sound). Now click the tab "Encoder", click the top left of the window, select "Encoder 1", as the Encoder Type, select "A A C  Encoder" and click on the "Encoder Settings". Select the following (our recommendation): Format - aacPlus v2 | Bitrate - 28kbps | Options - 44100hz (Parametric Stereo)
OR
10b. (MP3 - not recommended). Now click the tab "Encoder", click the top left of the window, select "Encoder 1", as the Encoder Type, select "MP3 Encoder" for the Encoder Settings, select the following (our recommendation): 32kbps, 22.050khz, Mono
11. When you set the Encoder, click the Output tab. Output as a select "Output 1" and click on the "Connection" (just below the "Output" window.)
* Address: 127.0.0.1
* Port: 8050 (recommendations)
* Password: [here enter the password you want to use. The same password you entered when configuring later shoutcast server!)
* Encoder: 1
* Check the checkbox "Automatic Reconnection on Connection Failure"
* Reconnection Timeout: Arbitrary - ok, for example. 5 seconds
Now click on the "Yellow Pages" (next to the "Connection" button)
* Make this server public - Check
* Description - Description of your radio station
* URL - Web Address of your radio station
* Genre - Genre of music to play
* AIM, ICQ, IRC - Arbitrary
* Enable Title Updates - Check if you prefer that your listeners out RDS
And thus we ended up with setting up SHOUTcast Source Plug-in for Winamp.
And now - Server!

12. Find the folder where you installed the shoutcast server (probably in C: Program FilesSHOUTcast)
13. Find the file "sc_serv.ini" in it and open it with WordPad-om (with Notepad you nothing will be clear)
14. Now look for the file you've just opened the following lines, and fill them:
* MaxUser =(Here also the golden rule: [you upload in kbps] / [kbps which broadcast] = [max number of listeners]. NPR. You have a package of 256 flat, which means that you upload 128kbps, and stream music in AAC + format at 28kbps. This means that -> 128kbps / 28kbps = 4.5 ... 4 Listeners MAXIMUM! Signs - 4 people can listen to your radio without any problems (provided that you do not go another type of upload Torrent, etc.).. If you put a number of those that your Internet connection can "pull" your computer will "choke", the memory disappear, processor thrashing and all your listeners will have constant interruptions of 5 or more seconds on every 10-15 seconds. So you choose .. .)
* Password =(Here enter the password you previously entered in the SHOUTcast Source plug-inu for WinAmp. You remember that part? Not ?!?!? Look up under Section 11!) If you disagree your password - not broadcast ...
* PortBase = 8050(See under Section 11 - If the ports do not agree - no broadcast ....)
* SrcIP = ANY <---- Leave this. If you write anything other than ANY (eg 127.0.0.1 - change in optional)
* DestIP = ANY <---- Same as above
* AdminPassword =(Here enter the password you will use for http the administration of your Shoutcast server, which is located at h t t p : //127.0.0.1:8050 but only when the server is running!)
Record sc_serv.ini file and close it (save it to overwrite the old!). You can still play with them, but do something "touch" if you do not know what you are doing! do after that is - I told you!
And that's it there is to setting! And now ..... SPECTACLE!
15. START -> All Programs -> SHOUTcast DNAS -> SHOUTcast DNAS (GUI) (to start the server)
16. Insert your playlist in WinAmp, play a song
16. Click on "SHOUTcast Source" (WinAmp plugin) window
17. Click "Output" tab, then on the "Connect"
If you just above the keys start to flow Time - You have successfully connect to your server and just play your program at
http:// [your IP]: 8050/listen.pls
